The grants to be awarded to Telegraph area communities are:
- $98,103 to the Collinsville Area Recreation District for the repair and replacement of equipment at Splash City Water Park; repairs and improvements to Arlington Greens Golf Course; paving the tennis court parking lot at Woodland Park; and the purchase of picnic tables and barbecue grills at district parks.
- $97,653 to the Granite City Park District for the installation of cart paths at the Legacy Golf Course.
- $91,569 to the Alton Park & Recreation Department for improvements and equipment for the Amphitheater; maintenance equipment for Gordon Moore Park; and a pavilion and equipment at James H. Killion Park.
- $75,219 to the city of Edwardsville for the construction of a parking lot at the Winston Brown Recreation Complex.
- $49,743 to the Village of Godfrey for the purchase of park benches, shade structures and equipment for Glazebrook Park.
- $39,834 to the Tri-Township Park District to install a new restroom.
- $35,000 to the village of Glen Carbon for the installation of a dog park in Miner Park; and the construction of Acme School Park.
- $34,329 to Wood River Parks and Recreation for park signage and the replacement of fencing at the Sixth Street Park; replacement of the backstop and fencing at the West End Park; and to install a new fence at Central Park.
- $29,352 to the Village of Bethalto to install backstop and perimeter fencing around the new baseball/softball field at the Culp Lane Park Sports Complex.
- $28,299 to the city of Highland to install a new swing set and poured surface area at Merwin Park; and the purchase of three docks to expand the marina at Silver Lake Park.
- $20,340 to the village of East Alton for the replacement of swing chain link fencing on two athletic fields in VanPreter Park; and the replacement of ceilings and light fixtures at the Keasler Recreational Complex.
- $15,000 to Alhambra Township to extend the walking path around the ball diamond area of the Township Park; and improvements to the skate park.
- $15,000 to Chouteau Township for the repayment of a $30,000 loan used to construct a restroom facility in Chouteau Township Park.
- $15,000 to Foster Township to install a handicapped-accessible ramp with handrails and the installation of engraved bricks and stones at Foster Township Park.
- $15,000 to the village of Hamel for use at the Hamel Community Park, including the final payment of loan, the replacement of a sidewalk and the installation of a bike pad, the replacement of ceiling tiles in the community center and outside doors to the facility.
- $15,000 to the village of Hartford to replace iron chain link fencing at the Seventh Street Park.
- $15,000 to the village of Livingston for the purchase of a tractor and bush hog, the installation of an American Disability Act-compliant drinking fountain, and equipment for the baseball diamond and playground.
- $15,000 to the city of Madison to remodel the restrooms and the installation of a new chair lift at the Seventh and Lee Recreation Building.
- $15,000 to the village of Marine to resurface walking paths with asphalt.
- $15,000 to the village of Maryville for payment of a loan for improvements at Droste Park.
- $15,000 to New Douglas Township to the lighting project for the baseball field at New Douglas Township Park.
- $15,000 to the Roxana Community Park District to improvements at the youth/adult/high school softball field, the purchase of playground equipment, new bleachers and soccer goals for Roxana Park.
- $15,000 to the village of South Roxana for projects at Veterans Park, including landscaping, the installation of ADA-compliant ramps, and a concrete pad and steps adjacent to the water fountain.
- $15,000 to the St. Jacob Park District to purchase and install playground equipment at Township Park.
- $15,000 to the Venice Park District to repay loans for new lighting installed in the community center.
- $19,740 to Wood River Township for improvements to the Kutter and Betty Browning Parks including the purchase of playground equipment, chain link fencing, bleachers and bases.
- $15,000 to the village of Worden to cover the annual payment of the Park and Recreation Loan.
